  6. Check your "SYSTEM.INI" settings. Under the "[ms$elnkii0]" group, I had 
  7. to set "Binding=3C503" (changed from "Binding=ms$elnkii") to get the 
  8. Winsock version of WskQVT397 to work. For you it would probably be 
  9. "Binding=NE2000".  The setting should match the "BINDINGS=" setting in 
  10. the "[MSTCP32]" group in "PROTOCOL.INI"
  11.  
  12. Until I did this, I got nowhere with any Winsock App. Apparently this is 
  13. an omission in the install code.
